Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation and shipped according to lead time specified usually around 10-15 days.

Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Exchange & Return Policy

At RoofDen Overland, we stand behind the quality & workmanship of our products.
1. Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
2. Transit Damage
We take utmost care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

A clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening) is mandatory for all transit damage claims

Photos/videos of the outer packaging and damaged area must be provided
Once verified, we will arrange:

Replacement of damaged parts, or
-
Full product replacement (depending on severity)
RoofDen will handle the courier claim process internally.
3. Return Conditions

Products must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges are subject to stock availability
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Compatibility issues not clarified before purchase

Minor cosmetic flaws or variations that do not affect performance or regular functioning of the product.
5. Shipping Charges

In case of manufacturing defect or confirmed transit damage, return shipping will be borne by RoofDen Overland.

For approved exchanges unrelated to defects, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
